With over 35 years of missionary work, building of churches, food drives-clothes drives- toy drives, Summer Bible School, and awesome Campmeetings, where do we start when telling about God's blessings for Elim Ministries...

In the earlier years going to Camp Elim was a considerable challenge, as there were not any buildings in the area the group wanted to put the campus on, which meant that dormitories had to be built and buildings to hold services in for the youth. Toilet facilities were a must as well as a steady source of water for possibly several hundred people for a month. Army tents were utilized initially to house the youth and toilet facilities were "outhouses".
Through all of the challenges and issues that would arise in the running of the camp, that first group trusted there was a way God would see them through. The founders of Camp were from the same church, and some from the same family, but everyone had purpose.
